We work like most divorce professionals, on a retainer basis with time billed against the retainer at our hourly rates.  We can work in several manners, including but not limited to:

• Comprehensive, full-scale planning (includes both pre - and post-divorce planning services)

• Ala-carte services elected by you and/or your attorney

• Only pre- and/or post-divorce planning 

• QDRO services only (through affiliated firm QDRO direct, LLC)

• Financial and wealth planning only (through affiliated firm, Guidant Wealth Advisors, LLC)

Our retainers and hourly rates vary depending on the services elected and the amount of work involved.  We do offer a complimentary, initial consultation to discuss your needs and to see if we can add value to your case.

VIRTUAL ASSISTANCE

​

We work with clients from across the country also utilizing technology for meetings and collaboration on schedules and plans.  You will have a client portal where you can access and share documents and receive notifications of updates and new items.
